Logistical efficiency and inventory management
We have made useful use of the past period to further develop our logistics processes. We have made improvements in our Distribution Center and even made strategic purchases to further expand our inventories. Our DC is ready to be used optimally in the post Corona era.

Internationalization
In addition to Belgium (2011), we have also decided to start Expo Floor in our neighboring countries. In the Netherlands and Germany this is first done via sales offices, delivered from Belgium and in France we can use the local distribution center of our sister company Expo Gamma.
