In order to steer our growth in the right direction, both in rental and sales, we have invested heavily in automation. We are currently finalizing a fully cloud-based CRM order system so that we can make the entire order & administrative flow, for both existing and new customers, even more efficient.

Internationalization
In addition to Belgium (2011), we have also decided to start Expo Floor in our neighboring countries. In the Netherlands and Germany this is first done via sales offices, delivered from Belgium and in France we can use the local distribution center of our sister company Expo Gamma.
