Logistieke efficiency en voorraadbeheer
De afgelopen periode hebben we nuttig gebruikt om onze logistieke processen verder uit te werken. We hebben verbeterslagen gemaakt in ons Distributiecentrum en zelfs strategische aankopen gedaan om onze voorraden nog verder uit te breiden. Ons DC is er klaar voor om in het post Corona tijdperk optimaal gebruikt te worden.

Internationalization
In addition to Belgium (2011), we have also decided to start Expo Floor in our neighboring countries. In the Netherlands and Germany this is first done via sales offices, delivered from Belgium and in France we can use the local distribution center of our sister company Expo Gamma.
