Setup time depends on the size and complexity of your event:
- Small booths (e.g., 10–50m²): 1–4 hours
- Medium setups (e.g., 50–200m²): 4–12 hours
- Large or complex projects (e.g., 200m²+): 12+ hours
Note: Emergency installations are available for last-minute requests in Belgium, France, Netherlands, and Germany.
Yes! Our experienced installation teams handle the entire process, including:
- Delivery and unloading of flooring panels
- Assembly and leveling of the floor
- Cable management integration (if required)
- Final safety checks before the event
While we recommend professional installation for optimal safety and efficiency, we can provide:
- DIY-friendly systems for simple setups (e.g., small booths)
- Training and guidelines for your team
- Technical support via phone or on-site if needed
Note: Complex or large-scale installations require our certified technicians.
Teardown is typically faster than setup (no leveling or adjustments needed). For example:
- Small booths: 30–60 minutes
- Medium setups: 2–4 hours
- Large projects: 4–8 hours
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including:

- Other European countries: Via our mobile installation teams
Delivery includes:
- Transport of panels and equipment
- On-site unloading and setup preparation
Our flooring is transported:
- On pallets (for large orders)
- Via specialized trucks (with lifting equipment for heavy panels)
Safety: All materials are secured and protected during transit.
Yes, but with extra costs! Our modular systems allow for real-time adjustments during installation, such as:
- Resizing the floor area (e.g., expanding or reducing the layout)
- Adding or removing panels (e.g., for last-minute changes)
- Reconfiguring shapes (e.g., switching from rectangular to L-shaped)
Note: Adjustments are possible as long as extra supplies can be delivered last-minute. We advise finalizing your designs upfront to avoid delays.
In exceptional cases, we can adapt quickly to venue changes:
- Extra panels can be added if the space expands
- Excess panels can be removed or stored if the space shrinks
- Layout adjustments can be made on-site
