Yes! Our post-installation inspection includes:

Safety verification (e.g., ramps, handrails, cable paths)
Load testing (for heavy-duty floors)
Final walkthrough with the client

What happens if a panel breaks during the event?

We offer 24/7 emergency support for:

Quick replacements (spare panels on-site for most events)

Full repairs (if damage is extensive)

Response Time: Typically within half a day for local events (e.g., Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany).

Do you provide emergency repair service?

On-call technicians for urgent issues
Spare parts (panels, legs, or connectors) available on-site
Temporary solutions (e.g., barricades for damaged areas)

Cost: Emergency repairs may incur a surcharge depending on the issue.
